Sensei Rick McElroy has been selected to instruct martial arts at a new Hardeeville charter school opening in the Fall 2022.

Initially, he will be instructing preschoolers (Jubilee Co-operative Preschool) followed later by grades 1-12 as the school (Jubilee Charter School) expands.

Students will exercise and dress in gear while learning age appropriate rudiments of  the martial arts. Through individual and team games the children will sharpen their reflex reactions, dexterity, balance and concentration. The game Sensei Says, a la Simon Says, will help them learn to listen and follow directions.

Initially, Sensei McElroy will instruct two days per month, five classes each day for 30 minutes each. There will be a maximum of ten children per class.
